Please be informed of the College's Closure for the Christmas Season.
The College closes on Thursday, December 21, 2017 and re-opens on Tuesday, January 2, 2018.

CAPE 2017 Certificates Collection


Dear Students, 

Please be advised that your CAPE 2017 certificates are available for collection at Examinations Sub -Office on presentation of your ID card.

Anyone collecting results on behalf of a student must present:

- An authorisation letter from the student

- The student's ID card with picture

- The ID card of the Collector with picture

Please be guided accordingly.

Students with Outstanding Balances




All Students with Outstanding Balances must make payment by December 1, 2017.


Payments can be made at the Cash Office in the Administration Building between 8:00 am and 3:30 pm

Washington University Summer Programme Scholarships for 2018


Greetings from Washington University in St. Louis!


The Summer School Team at WashU is excited to open the application for the 2018 International Summer Study Program. We combine a rigorous educational experience with cultural and social programming that highlights life in the American Midwest.


We offer competitive $2500 scholarships to qualified applicants; those who need additional support should indicate this in their application.


Students accepted to the program earn up to seven (7) units of course credit. We provide more than 50 courses in subject areas like economics, politics and culture, music, pre-medical studies, and business. Private tours of our campus facilities are available to showcase opportunities for graduate and professional education.


The program balances course work with opportunities to have fun. Participants are assigned an American student mentor to welcome them to campus life. Students also have multiple occasions to interact with fellow classmates, professors, and leaders in the St. Louis region to build their global network and explore the city. St. Louis combines small-town warmth with big city opportunities that include world-class museums, professional baseball, amusement parks, concert venues, and live musical theater.

Eligibility Information:


• Be 18 years old by July 1, 2018.

• Be a university-level undergraduate student.

• Complete one year of study byJuly, 1, 2018.

• Have English Language Test (ELT) results with:

  • a 90iBt on the TOEFL;
  • a 6.5 on the IELTS; or
  • a Level B2 on the CAE or CPE.

ELT waivers are available for eligible applicants.

Second Semester Registration Procedure



January – April 2017 - 2018 Semester.



YEAR 2 and continuing students who have paid their tuition in full MUST proceed to STEP TWO (2).



(On or before December 4, 2017)

ALL YEAR 1 Students MUST pay a $30.00 registration fee before they are allowed to register. 

Students with a balance MUST complete payment in full at the Bursar’s Office upstairs the Administrative Building on or before

December 4, 2017.


Students who are unable to complete payment in full MUST speak to the Deputy Registrar or Bursar before registering;


Students whose balances are not paid in full and did not speak with the Deputy Registrar or Bursar will NOT be allowed to register.




After paying your tuition, kindly meet with your respective Dean/Chair/Academic Advisor with payment RECEIPT and PROGRESS REPORTS for advice on course selection.


Year 1 students are not required to have their Progress Report when meeting with their Advisor


After receiving academic advising students must insert courses they wish to register for at the back of their RECEIPT OR PROGRESS REPORTS.


Dean/Chair/Academic Advisor must sign at the back of RECEIPT/PAYMENT HISTORY orPROGRESS REPORTS after course selection to certify the approved courses for registration in respect of the Semester.


Dean/Chair/Academic Advisor must indicate whether the student is required to repeat a course.The repeat course fee is $150.00 and must be paid before registering for same.



(DECEMBER 4–8, 2017)

Students are required to register for the approved selected courses using signed receipt/payment history.


Students will register upstairs the Administrative Building.

 *Note: Late fee applies after  December 8, 2017.
