CAPE PRELIMINARY RESULTS CAN BE COLLECTED AT THE EXAMINATIONS OFFICE WITHIN THE HOURS OF 8:30AM TO 4:00PM.


NB.

STUDENTS ARE KINDLY ASKED TO WALK WITH THEIR ID CARDS IN ORDER TO COLLECT THEIR RESULT SLIP. ANYONE COLLECTING ON BEHALF OF ANOTHER STUDENT MUST PRESENT:

 

-A LETTER OF AUTHORIZATION FROM 

  THE STUDENT.

-THE STUDENT’s ID CARD.

-THE ID CARD OF THE COLLECTOR.

Urgent Orientation Notice

ØThere will be NO SCHOOL for students on Wednesday August 30, 2017.

ØCLASSES COMMENCE on Monday September 4, 2017

ØOrientation for Mirabeau, Carriacou and St. Patrick's will be done at a later date.

ØTanteen Campus Orientation will follow two all day (10:00am to 4:00pm) events starting on Monday August 28, 2017 to Tuesday August 29, 2017 from 10:00am daily.

The following schedule will indicate the location for each School and their programmes on the specified dates.

Collection of Certificates

NOTICE
The Admissions Office will like to inform students from the School of Continuing Education that their certificates are not ready for pick up as indicated in the Graduation Package from Monday July 24th. Also students whose names were added to the list after Friday July 14th will not be able to collect their certificates this week. They will be informed as to when they can be collected.

TAMCC: "Rising Star" Award Winner

TAMCC the Acclaimed Winner

 

Mr. Leonard Wadewitz | Director of Computing Technology Industry Association (CompTIA) for Latin America and the Caribbean Says “CONGRATULATION” as he announced the T. A. Marryshow Community College as the winner of the “Rising Star” award for being the fastest growing Academic partner in Latin America and the Caribbean. CompTIAis a non-profit trade association that issues professional certifications for the information technology (IT) industry.

TAMCC will receive this award during the upcoming CompTIA Partner Summit, on August 2-4/17. This milestone was achieved through the college’s initiative to include CompTIA into its curriculum and by introducing an IT Innovation Programme for Secondary Schools.

As a result of TAMCC earning this award its logo will be displayed on banners at the Partner Summit in August and published on the CompTIA’s website. 

Mr. David Fleming Interim Vice President for Academic and Student Affairs will represent the college at the Summit and receive the award on the college’s behalf.

Mr. Seldon Walker is the Coordinator for Informatics at the college and he has been leading the new IT initiative in the School of Continuing Education. At the same time he has been functioningas the main instructor for both full-time and part-time programmes for the CompTIA A+ and CompTIA N+ certifications. Mr. Walker is due this August to complete his qualification to become the only person in Grenada who is trained and certified as;

  1. 1.CompTIA Cyber Security Analyst (CSA+)–Able to validate critical knowledge and skills that are required to prevent, detect and combat cyber security threats.

 

  1. 2.CompTIA Advanced Security Practitioner (CASP) – Able to critically think and judgeacross a broad spectrum of security disciplines.

 

  1. 3.Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP)– Possesses deep technical and managerial competency, skills, experience, and credibility to design, engineer, implement, and manage information security program that can protect organizations from growing sophisticatedHe is due to travel out of state to have his certificates/licenses renewed and upgraded.
