This academic upgrading programme helps persons who have not completed high school but who have competencies above Grade 6. The High School Equivalency Programme is designed for persons who as a consequence of socioeconomic impediments or other debilitating causes did not have the opportunity to graduate from high school. This will provide them with certification indicating that they possess comparable knowledge with that of persons who would have covered the established National Secondary School Curricula in some specific courses.
