This course is designed to introduce students to the study of management process, the concepts of quality management in the context of today’s global business environment, and issues relating to managing individuals, groups, and organizations. This course will enhance students’ understanding of the elements of management processes of planning, organizing, staffing, directing, controlling or coordinating activities; and will provide several strategies to maximize effectiveness on the job in the corporate world.
Admission Requirement
The completion of at least secondary / high school with at least two CXC/CSEC/GCE subjects. Alternatively, experience in the same or a closely related field.
