This course includes Introduction to the law of Real Estate, Tenure, Leases, Estates, The Unregistered Scheme, Co-Ownership, Condominiums, and Encumbrances on Land – Mortgages, Restrictive Covenants, Easements and Adverse Possession.
Admission Requirement
The completion of at least secondary / high school with at least two CXC/CSEC/GCE subjects. Alternatively, experience in the same or a closely related field.
