TAMCC Students Receive Donation from the Grenada National Association of Montreal

In a heartfelt gesture aimed at supporting local education, the Grenada National Association of Montreal awarded financial assistance to two deserving students at the T. A. Marryshow Community College. This donation was made possible through the generosity and kindness of Mr. Geoff Maitland and was given in memory and name of his cousin Mr. Norris Anthony Shears, a Grenadian who resided in the U.S. and recently passed away. The funds, presented by John Cruickshank, Vice-President of the Association, are intended to assist with transportation and educational expenses faced by the students.

The College also received a donation of three sketches commissioned by Dolores Sandy, a member of the Organisation, from a local artist of Theophilus Albert Marryshow, the College’s namesake, which will be placed at various campuses.

The Grenada Nationals Association of Montreal is a non-profit organisation of Grenadians which provides a support network for individuals and groups requiring social assistance within the Montreal Community and in Grenada.

TAMCC extends a heartfelt thank you to the Grenada National Association of Montreal for the support given to our students which will play an important role in ensuring that financial barriers do not stand in the way of their success.
