In an effort to provide students with the opportunity to connect with local employers and explore career opportunities, the Department of Student Affairs held a job fair on Wednesday April 16, 2025.
The event, held at the Science Block on the Tanteen Campus featured businesses ranging from tourism and hospitality institutions and healthcare providers to real estate companies and financial institutions. Students had the chance to network directly with hiring managers, participate in on-the-spot interviews, review their resumes and gather valuable information about potential career paths.
The students’ turnout at the job fair highlighted the importance of such events in fostering community connections and supporting students’ career development.
The department plans to host the job fair annually, aiming to provide ongoing support for students’ employment pursuits. With local businesses actively participating, TAMCC continues to serve as a vital hub for workforce development in Grenada.
